About Igor

I'm Igor, a Hungarian-French citizen, living in the touristic Quercy / Périgord Noir region in southwest France, near Gourdon.

I'm looking for a friendly, open-minded partner to build something together. I'm much more interested in finding the right person than chasing a specific business idea.

My biggest passion is tourism. I love discovering places, history, nature and local culture. I have travelled in more than 40 countries on 5 continents, managed a successful guesthouse, organized trips to Madagascar, and I'm currently building a regional website about Occitania: oxitania.eu. I also have a large collection of original photographs from my region.

Besides tourism, I design websites (igorlaszlo.com) and I'm currently developing a multilingual community platform using PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. I'm mostly self-taught, not a software engineer, but I enjoy creating practical and user-friendly projects.

Before that, I worked in international trade and freight forwarding, and over the years I've also been involved in photography, visual arts, communication and real estate.

I'm open to many ideas:

- tourism projects,

- relocation, property or other assistance,

- community websites,

- online services,
- creating a small rustic café or meeting place in my house,

- or even something completely different.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, direct, enthusiastic and enjoys building things together without a corporate atmosphere or endless meetings.

One important point: I'm not very mobile because of personal constraints, so I'm mainly looking for online collaboration.I can occasionally travel within my region on weekends.
